Free Robot Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The RobiTasks Free Robot Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by Megalancer, LLC, doing business as RobiTasks, PO Box 3943748, St. Louis, MO 63120 ("Sponsor").
2. Who can enter
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live, if older) when they enter. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and people living in their household are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.
3. Giveaway period
The Giveaway starts at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on October 25, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 31, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock.
4. How to enter
Online: Create a free RobiTasks account at robitasks.com and add at least one room to your home during the Giveaway Period. You will get one (1) entry.
Free entry by mail: Mail a postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address and phone number to PO Box 3943748, St. Louis, MO 63120, marked "RobiTasks Free Robot Giveaway". Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Giveaway Period and received by December 31, 2026. Each mail-in entry gets the same chance of winning as an online entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per household, however entered. Entries made with scripts, bots or multiple or fake accounts will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) consumer home robot, with the brand and model chosen by Sponsor. Approximate retail value: up to $4,999. The prize is awarded "as is" with only the maker's warranty, if any. No cash or other substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize, and will be asked for a W-9 and sent an IRS Form 1099 if the prize is worth $600 or more.
6. How the winner is picked
On or about January 1, 2027, Sponsor will select the potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner notification
The potential winner will be contacted by email at the address on the entry. They must reply within 7 days and may be asked to sign and return a declaration of eligibility, a liability release and (where lawful) a publicity release within 14 days. If the potential winner can't be reached, doesn't reply in time, is found ineligible or doesn't follow these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen at random.
8. Release and limits of liability
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. You release Sponsor and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, injuries, losses or damages arising from entering the Giveaway or receiving, using or misusing the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, errors or problems that affect the Giveaway. If the Giveaway can't run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend it and pick a winner from eligible entries received up to that point.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, city and state for publicity about the Giveaway without further payment.
10. Privacy
Information collected in this Giveaway is used to run it and is handled under our Privacy Policy. Entering does not opt you in to sharing anonymous data with robot makers.
11. Disputes
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without a class action, in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri.
12. Winner list
The winner's first name, last initial and state will be posted on this page within 30 days after the drawing. You can also ask for the winner's name through our contact form within 60 days after the Giveaway Period ends.
13. Not affiliated
The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the prize's maker, or with Apple, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn or YouTube.
